Senior Generative AI Developer (LLMs/RAG): Building production-ready generative AI applications and scalable AI pipelines using foundation models, AWS Bedrock, Python, and agentic architectures with an accent on retrieval, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise integration. Focus on designing robust backend services, optimizing prompts and models, and monitoring AI system performance, quality, and costs.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready applications using LLMs and foundation models such as GPT, Gemini, and Claude through AWS Bedrock.
- Build and optimize RAG architectures for retrieving information from large-scale document repositories.
- Implement and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems using AWS Bedrock Agents and AgentCore frameworks.
- Develop Python backend services and APIs, containerize AI applications, and create scalable enterprise integrations.
- Build monitoring and observability solutions for AI system performance, quality, and cost tracking.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, solution architects, engineers, stakeholders, and sales teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong professional software engineering experience and full-stack development experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and foundation model APIs.
- Experience implementing agentic architectures with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and model evaluation or fine-tuning.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or OpenSearch, embedding models, or knowledge graphs.
- Knowledge of Python, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
