Integration Engineer (Third Party Systems)

What you will do

• Deploy, upgrade, patch, and maintain multi-user self-hosted vendor applications across cloud environments.
• Plan low-downtime application maintenance and database migration windows.
• Build continuous deployment pipelines, primarily for Kubernetes, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code templates and configuration management scripts.
• Integrate applications with identity platforms, including SSO, RBAC, SAML 2.0, and OIDC.
• Implement security scanning for application code, dependencies, and container images, and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Configure monitoring, alerting, secrets management, access controls, and secure baseline configurations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and scaling multi-user applications on Kubernetes.
• Experience building continuous deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Experience implementing and analyzing container and dependency security scanning.
• Proficiency with Terraform, OpenTofu, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Practical experience configuring SSO and directory integrations using SAML 2.0 or OIDC, such as Okta or Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Experience backing up, restoring, and tuning PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools.
