Senior DevEx Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

Location: London, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Build self-service developer tools that increase product team autonomy while maintaining platform stability.
• Architect and evolve the core cloud platform using AWS, EKS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Lead reliability initiatives, including business continuity planning and a sustainable on-call rotation.
• Support highly scalable infrastructure for privacy-focused features such as Anonymous Mode.
• Implement monitoring across metrics, logs and tracing to identify and mitigate issues proactively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevEx, SRE or DevOps roles.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, distributed environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to script and build tools using multiple languages, such as Python, Go, Scala or Bash.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a doc-first approach.

Nice to have

• Experience hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments.
• Experience scaling consumer technology platforms with millions of concurrent users.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Professional Architect, CKAD or KCSA.
