TL;DR
DevOps Associate Manager (CI/CD and Test Infrastructure): Building and maintaining scalable CI/CD-enabled test environments for HID PACS with an accent on automated testing, infrastructure management, and reliable software delivery. Focus on designing pipeline infrastructure, triaging test failures, leading TDD adoption, and coordinating complex testing requirements across development and DevTest teams.
Location: Cardiff, UK, or Kraków, Poland. Applicants must already be legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country; international relocation and remote work outside the hiring country are not considered.

What you will do
- Build, implement, document, and continuously improve CI/CD infrastructure and scalable automated test environments.
- Monitor and triage pipeline test failures, identify test gaps, and raise and prioritize defects.
- Plan test requirements for new functionality and collaborate with Program, Development, DevTest, and product teams.
- Communicate test results and technical reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead technical initiatives, coach team members, and support project and product planning.
- Champion TDD and contribute to customer escalations and reliable software delivery.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience and at least 7 years of related industry experience.
- Experience with infrastructure management, monitoring tools, and developer operations platforms.
- Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab, Gradle, Snyk, SonarQube, DefectDojo, Ansible, Maven, NPM, Nexus, Docker, Terraform, and AWS DevOps Services.
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, acceptance testing, unit testing, Agile methodologies, documentation standards, networking, hardware, and software.
- Ability to work independently on complex tasks, make test-environment decisions, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Current legal authorization to reside and work in the hiring country is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
