Regional Vice President of Operations (Employee Health & Benefits)

Location: Southwest United States region, with flexibility to be based in Dallas, Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth; regional travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead operations for the regional Employee Health & Benefits account management and resource delivery functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, workflows, and client deliverables.
• Drive process improvements, automation, efficiency, consistency, client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Lead regional EH&B resource groups and coordinate national operations initiatives, training, and education.
• Oversee regional implementation and utilization of the EPIC Agency Management System.
• Collaborate with regional and local leaders to align teams, support compliance, and deliver consistent service across offices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of management experience, preferably in a consultative employee benefits insurance environment.
• Proven operations management experience and extensive industry operations and client service experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, insurance products, market trends, and agency automation.
• Senior-level client management leadership experience in professional services.
• Excellent leadership, people management, communication, analytical, financial, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
• Active Texas Life, Accident & Health License or ability to obtain; willingness to travel regionally as required.
