Employee Benefits Service and Operations Leader (Insurance)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annual

What you will do

• Oversee employee benefits service operations, improving client service, quality, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Support senior leadership with business strategy development and execution for employee benefits.
• Lead implementation of regional and national solutions, tools, processes, service standards, and best practices.
• Drive technology adoption, change management, training, and development for local teammates.
• Use analytics, monthly reporting, and project management metrics to identify deficiencies and operational opportunities.
• Supervise assigned teammates, including daily activity oversight, performance management, coaching, and professional development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in employee benefits and related leadership preferred.
• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of health and life insurance coverage.
• Proficiency with profit center computer programs, Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary insurance software.
• Life & Health Insurance Producer license in good standing preferred.
