Business Process Engineer

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; full-time onsite position

What you will do

• Partner with senior business leaders to redesign and optimize end-to-end processes across commercial, operational, customer, product, finance, and post-acquisition initiatives.
• Map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies and handoff gaps, and design future-state operating models with clear ownership and decision rights.
• Lead process design workstreams across multiple concurrent transformation programs.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, challenge existing approaches, and drive alignment around future-state solutions.
• Partner with Change Management to ensure new processes are adopted, measured, and sustained.
• Build Process Engineering methodologies, standards, tools, and playbooks from the ground up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, business transformation, operational excellence, business architecture, or management consulting within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional transformation initiatives and translating business objectives into operating models, processes, and governance structures.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to combine strategic operating model work with hands-on process design and execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience balancing competing priorities.
• Experience identifying opportunities for process simplification, standardization, automation, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning multiple business functions.
• Exposure to customer lifecycle, support modernization, service delivery, pricing, acquisition integration, operating model, digital transformation, or commercial process initiatives.
• Success building a process improvement or transformation capability from the ground up.
