Senior Communications Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the OmniPod Insulin Management System and delivery systems for insulin and other subcutaneous medicines.

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communications, including newsletters, video messages, and general announcements.
• Create communications for non-networked employees.
• Partner with Plant Leadership Team to develop executive presentations and communications.
• Work with HR to create external marketing campaigns that attract prospective employees.
• Coordinate employee engagement events, including facility planning, catering, logistics, and employee experience.
• Design internal campaigns and activities based on engagement surveys, turnover data, and employee and manager feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or event planning.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong writing, storytelling, content creation, attention to detail, and branding skills.
• Familiarity with communication tracking, basic SharePoint design and management, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization, problem resolution, project management, judgment, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Nice to have

• Graphic design background.
• Basic video editing experience.
• Direct experience with Microsoft Teams and/or SharePoint.
