What you will do

• Monitor and contribute to the company intranet, including content editing and generating monthly analytics.
• Promote and educate staff on Microsoft 365 collaborative tools such as Viva Engage.
• Identify, write, and publish articles and internal employee communications in English.
• Create multimedia assets, including videos, for internal initiatives, surveys, and seminars.
• Assist in the organization of internal events and campaigns aligned with the company's strategic plan.
• Coordinate with graphics agencies to produce internal design deliverables.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree or in a gap year in Communication, Journalism, or Business.
• Bilingual/fluent English with native-level writing skills (writing test required).
• Good knowledge of French preferred.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in communication at an agency, company, or external publication.
• Familiarity with intranets and enterprise social networks.
