Client Delivery Specialist, Automation - Associate (Fintech)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; office work is required Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Friday.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead data conversion projects between portfolio management systems, including extraction, transformation, loading, data mapping, and large dataset migration.
• Convert complex and unstructured historical financial files and statements into structured formats for data backfilling.
• Support automated financial data feeds and troubleshoot the transformation of daily transactions and positions into source system imports.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client-facing teams with timely and accurate information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of financial industry experience, including financial product support, technical proficiency, and accounting knowledge.
• Expertise with Addepar and familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Advyzon, APX, Axys, Black Diamond, Orion, Ridgeline, or Tamarac.
• Experience with financial custodial data, alternative financial instruments, advanced Excel, and text file manipulation.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or comparable software for extracting and transforming large datasets.
• Experience automating data integration processes, plus familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and GitLab.

Nice to have

• Experience with JSON, XML, and unstructured-to-structured data transformation.
• MS/MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CFP completed or in progress.
