Location: Hybrid role for candidates located near offices in Barcelona, Spain; Lisboa, Portugal; Crete, Greece; Worcester, UK; or Florence, Italy

What you will do

• Gather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements across multiple brands.
• Define and maintain content models for knowledge used by downstream systems and AI-powered customer care.
• Map knowledge sources, data flows, systems, and integration points to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations using low-code platforms.
• Design and execute tests, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and iteratively improve solution quality and performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst or in a similar hybrid role on technology or data projects.
• Strong experience analysing data, systems, and business processes, including root-cause analysis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and define implementation and testing approaches.
• Experience documenting requirements through user stories, process maps, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience testing, validating, and troubleshooting technology solutions, including designing tests and interpreting results.
• Must be located near one of the listed European offices; proof of eligibility to work in the country of application is required. Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not available.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting skills and experience working with datasets.
• Knowledge management or KM/CMS platform experience.
• Exposure to APIs and system integration.
• Awareness of AI and RAG-based knowledge retrieval.
