Chief Marketing Officer in London Lash. Remote (occasional trips to Manchester).
ABOUT:
London Lash is a global professional beauty e-commerce brand operating in 100+ countries, with £8M+ annual revenue and four Shopify stores across key international markets.
We are looking for a commercially minded CMO to lead the next stage of growth.
TASKS:
• Acquisition, retention, CRM and subscriptions.
• Shopify, CRO and international e-commerce.
• Revenue, LTV, CAC, margin and marketing ROI.
• Paid media, SEO, email and attribution.
• Brand positioning, product storytelling and community.
• Leadership of a 10–12 person marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience owning a marketing or commercial P&L in a £10M+ e-commerce business.
• Strong DTC, repeat-purchase or subscription experience.
• A balance of brand, performance marketing and commercial thinking.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, founder-led company.
WE OFFER:
