Senior Traffic Manager

Location: London, England; hybrid workplace with monthly trips to Paris and collaboration across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Own and execute user acquisition strategies for Tinder across major European markets.
• Build scalable, performance-focused campaigns across display, social media, search, and affiliate channels.
• Optimize campaigns and audiences to drive scale, revenue growth, and sustainable performance.
• Deliver regular performance reporting, actionable insights, and clear next steps.
• Develop creative testing strategies with the design team and use campaign results to improve creative performance.
• Manage online marketing partners, test new channels, and identify opportunities for additional scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital marketing and user acquisition experience across major platforms.
• Hands-on mobile app marketing experience with Mobile Measurement Partners such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
• Strong knowledge of mobile campaign tracking and attribution.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, affiliate networks, and creative testing tools.
• Full-funnel marketing lifecycle experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and Slides.
• Fluent English and the ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment.
