Focus on building agentic systems with workflow orchestration, extending MCP servers and APIs, integrating private infrastructure, and implementing observability and feedback loops for reliable outputs.

Salary: €46,000–€50,000 yearly base salary

is a quantum computing deep-tech startup developing quantum processors through research in nanofabrication, quantum electronics, and carbon nanotube science.
What you will do
- Design end-to-end AI systems with teams across R&D, IT Operations, Software, and Operations.
- Deploy, maintain, and optimize self-hosted LLM infrastructure using Ollama, vLLM, or similar technologies.
- Build workflow pipelines, autonomous agents, and custom Python automation using orchestration and agentic frameworks.
- Own the lifecycle of internal tools, from identifying operational bottlenecks to delivering production-ready solutions.
- Develop MCP servers and API integrations for Google Workspace, Nextcloud, monitoring tools, and quantum computing platforms.
- Implement observability, feedback loops, secure networking, and scalable deployments on private infrastructure.
Requirements
- Experience building end-to-end AI-native systems or personal projects with a strong builder mindset.
- Experience with Prefect, LangGraph, n8n, or similar workflow orchestration engines.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and agent logic.
- Understanding of RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, and MCPs.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Docker, GPU management, Tailscale, and Ansible; OVH experience is preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical implementations and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues, including quantum researchers.
