PCG Loan Portfolio Manager - Senior

What you will do

• Develop and maintain profitable commercial loan relationships within established lending limits.
• Identify client needs, prepare loan recommendations and cross-sales opportunities, negotiate terms, and approve or coordinate loan approvals.
• Underwrite business and personal tax returns and manage loans of moderate to high complexity.
• Administer the loan portfolio by monitoring financial statements, exceptions, past-due loans, borrower condition changes, and loan reporting.
• Maintain compliance with Credit Policy, including timely recognition of watch-list, non-accrual, and charge-off situations.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other colleagues to meet consumer and commercial lending needs.

Requirements

• At least five years of commercial loan or private banking underwriting and portfolio management experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or two additional years of relevant commercial loan or private banking experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools.

Nice to have

• Consumer lending experience.
• Training and experience in personal tax cash flow analysis.
