SCAYLE is the B2B division of the Zalando Group and an enterprise commerce platform building an AI-native Photostudio SaaS product.

What you will do

• Support growth and go-to-market strategy for the new AI product.
• Build and execute early-stage growth experiments across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
• Support performance marketing on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research and turn findings into data-driven insights.
• Set up reporting flows, dashboards, presentations, and internal updates.
• Contribute to demand generation, social media, and short-form video content for Meta and TikTok.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a top-tier university in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Strong interest or work experience in startups, SaaS, and growth.
• Analytical mindset with solid data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to structure work independently and execute quickly.
• Strong presentation, research, and structured communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

• Experience in a high-performance environment such as a startup, SaaS company, or consultancy.
• Exposure to performance marketing or social media content.
