Business Analyst - Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide application management and support for object modelling, financial instruments, and external data feeds.
• Categorize, analyze, and reproduce client issues and provide incident workarounds.
• Manage information requests and service requests.
• Analyze requirements and solutions for small enhancements.
• Implement bug fixes and small enhancements, including effort estimation.
• Maintain reliable service delivery and efficient customer communication.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable education.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the fintech sector.
• Programming skills in any programming language, plus XML and shell scripting.
• hirify.global certification.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and data feeds from external providers such as SIX.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, client-orientation, and communication skills; fluent spoken and written English required.
