Working Student - Banking Operations (12 months) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day banking operations across various teams.
• Monitor, plan, and execute daily activities in line with customer service level agreements.
• Support testing of new functionalities and regular releases.
• Collaborate on projects implementing legal requirements and new technical functionalities.
• Improve the hirify.global core banking system and related processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Requirements

• Currently studying economics or a degree programme with economic content.
• Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced, and complex environment.
• Structured, meticulous working style and ability to quickly understand new concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking operational processes such as securities, corporate actions, or client master data.
• Practical experience with the hirify.global core banking system.
• Knowledge of process optimisation methods.
