Relationship Banker - Main Cedar Branch (Financial Services)

Salary: $20.55–$34.25 hourly (USD)

What you will do

• Assess customer needs, profile sales opportunities, open accounts, and manage lead-focused outbound calls.
• Present appropriate banking products and services while coordinating referrals to internal business partners.
• Conduct customer outreach by phone and email, onboard new customers, schedule appointments, and complete follow-ups.
• Provide face-to-face customer servicing and help manage customer flow within the branch.
• Apply KYC, CIP, fraud-prevention, audit, and operational risk controls.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, systems, operational changes, and Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 2 years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or at least 1 year of proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Financial services product knowledge and the ability to communicate tactfully with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology and standard communication equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, use hands and fingers for prolonged periods, lift 5–30 lb objects, read fine print, and interact with customers in an open face-to-face environment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Notary public license.
• Bilingual skills based on branch needs.
