What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex, business-critical roles from kickoff through signed offer.
• Hire across Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and C-level positions.
• Use market insights to shape role profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Use recruiting data to guide decisions and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Partner closely with hiring teams as a trusted advisor.
• Work autonomously with support from the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• Senior-level talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
• Experience hiring for complex or business-critical positions.
• Experience recruiting for Product, Marketing, senior leadership, Head, or C-level roles.
• Ability to use market data and recruiting analytics to inform hiring strategy.
