Senior / Principal Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Build scalable, high-load, cloud-native solutions for complex EV charging use cases.
• Design and develop features involving complex algorithms and large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Define, develop, and safeguard the architecture of the hirify.global platform with engineering leadership and peer developers.
• Monitor and improve code quality, secure coding practices, cloud infrastructure usage, and costs.
• Contribute to technical design, testing, documentation, CI/CD automation, and architecture discussions.
• Guide, coach, and mentor developers while supporting a collaborative engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with an object-oriented programming language and large-scale complex systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles across backend and frontend engineering.
• Experience with technical design, quality control, testing, CI/CD, automation, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; technology leadership experience is beneficial.
• Professional fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience debugging and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience defining and integrating HTTP REST APIs.
• Experience with self-organizing teams or LeSS.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code.
