Academic Success Manager (EdTech)

Location: Home based in Poland; regular travel required 50%, including travel to France and selected French-speaking countries.

Base pay range: zł119,000–zł220,900 annually in Poland. Total target cash range: zł136,800–zł254,000. Alternative base pay ranges are €38,500–€64,000 in France and €36,700–€61,100 in Spain.

What you will do

• Drive demand for hirify.global e-solutions and content in the health education market.
• Generate opportunities and collaborate with institutional sales teams to convert them.
• Identify decision makers and position solutions for academic institutions.
• Manage onboarding and implementation for faculty, students, and librarians.
• Deliver face-to-face and online product training and presentations to support platform usage.
• Capture customer feedback and share it with Content, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role within an academic, education, content, or software organization.
• Knowledge of educational institution structures and decision-making processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Native or near-native French and good command of English are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel 50% and a valid driving license are required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.
