What you will do

• Support range and assortment planning, including forecasting and maintaining range plans.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal trading analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Manage in-season stock, intake, and order books to ensure products arrive as planned.
• Monitor product availability and sell-through performance, taking proactive action.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support commercial decisions.
• Support pricing, promotions, markdown activity, and supplier collaboration through performance analysis and forecasting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising, assistant merchandising, or merchandise administration within fashion retail.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Experience with forecasting, stock management, and trading analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence using planning and reporting tools.
• Strong organisation, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the United Kingdom under the required Right to Work checks.
