Group Product Manager (Health Insurance)

Location: New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days of in-office work per week; Thursdays are required in-office days

Salary: $180,504–$236,911.50 per year

What you will do

• Define the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform.
• Lead enrollment infrastructure supporting broker, consumer, and employer experiences.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and business leaders on strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Make resource trade-offs and improve collaboration across product and engineering teams.
• Recommend enhancements to existing products and guide development of new products.
• Develop operating models and mentor, coach, and support a team of Product Managers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, and cross-functional business leaders.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including using data to identify opportunities and evaluate success.
• End-to-end problem-solving skills, from top-level goals through detailed solutions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and working across leadership levels with strong communication and structured thinking.
