L3 Line Manager - Compute Windows APAC Region

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage the APAC Compute Windows team, including Windows system engineers and infrastructure specialists.
• Oversee the design, deployment, configuration, security, patching, performance, backup, recovery, and lifecycle management of Windows Server platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Lead Windows-based cloud operations and modernization initiatives across Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Drive automation of provisioning, patching, configuration management, and monitoring using Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Act as the escalation point for critical regional incidents and ensure service continuity, resilience, compliance, and operational readiness across APAC.
• Represent APAC in global governance and architecture forums and collaborate with security, network, cloud, application, and architecture teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server architecture, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud compute environments, including Azure, AWS EC2, and Google Compute Engine.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization and monitoring, logging, and configuration management tools.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and CI/CD practices.
• Fluent English, strong communication and leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect certification.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
• A master’s degree in a related field.
