Lead Systems Engineer (Directory Services)

What you will do

• Support and enhance large-scale Directory Services platforms, including Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud services.
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and critical infrastructure services.
• Automate operational processes with PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Collaborate on domain migrations, platform upgrades, cloud integrations, and infrastructure modernization.
• Work across Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Okta, Infoblox, and Zabbix.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and collaborate with infrastructure engineers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments, with a focus on Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with directory services, DNS, Group Policy, identity management, and systems administration.
• Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of virtualization, networking fundamentals, cloud platforms, Linux administration, patch management, monitoring, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
