Lead Cloud Systems Engineer

What you will do

• Deliver, support, and maintain enterprise-scale Active Directory, DNS, identity management, and cloud infrastructure services.
• Automate infrastructure operations using PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Partner with global teams on infrastructure upgrades, domain migrations, cloud integrations, and operational improvements.
• Support Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Okta, Infoblox, and Zabbix environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure standards, documentation, monitoring, patch management, security practices, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure services in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with directory services, enterprise DNS, identity management platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong automation and scripting skills with PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Understanding of virtualization, public cloud platforms, networking, and infrastructure operations.
• Experience with Linux administration, Group Policy, monitoring, patch management, technical documentation, and on-call support rotations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate technical concepts, and collaborate across teams.
