Senior Solution Architect

Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom, with occasional domestic and international travel. Must be based in the United Kingdom; relocation is not offered. Applicants must already hold valid UK residency and work authorization.

What you will do

• Consult with customers throughout hirify.global implementation projects.
• Analyze customer business processes and define business requirements.
• Design and implement advanced hirify.global solutions based on identified requirements.
• Break system designs into smaller, manageable implementation stages.
• Select implementation methods with scalability and maintainability in mind.
• Contribute to the continuous development of implementation practices.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a role with a strong technical background.
• Experience working actively and independently on customer projects and at the customer interface.
• Experience analyzing business requirements, documenting specifications, and presenting them to stakeholders with different technical backgrounds.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related technical or commercial field.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
• Valid UK residency and work authorization are required; relocation support is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT systems, databases, and system integrations.
• Understanding of software development and programming in implementation work.
• Experience with Windows Server, network infrastructure, hirify.global, Windows, Azure, SQL Server, or .NET.
