Business Ops Analyst

Location: Dundee, United Kingdom (hybrid)

What you will do

• Reconcile and balance vault handovers, cash movements, and third-party replenishments on a daily basis.
• Prepare daily cash orders, packing schedules, supplier reports, and ATM service reports.
• Update the internal database with cash-in-transit and cash supplier information, and set up new sites with suppliers and CMS.
• Investigate operational queries and missed replenishments, recovering service within 24 hours where required.
• Analyze ATM transaction behavior and site availability to recommend service improvements.
• Work with the Security Department on risk profiles and support operational projects while ensuring SLAs are met.

• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and respond proactively and reactively to operational issues.
• Good problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
