What you will do
- Own the WRI reporting framework, including core metrics, taxonomy, and dashboard structure.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the quarterly Conduct Report and other priority governance reporting.
- Define and govern the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology and action-tracking model.
- Identify operational efficiency priorities to remove duplication and improve functional workflows.
- Set MI and reporting requirements for case management systems in partnership with platform and data teams.
- Lead and develop the Reporting, MI & RCA team to maintain service quality, resilience, and pace.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading reporting, MI, analytics, or governance functions in a complex, highly regulated environment.
- Strong root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving capabilities to identify systemic and cultural drivers.
- Experience designing reporting frameworks, taxonomies, and data models for executive decision-making.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility.
- Strong understanding of conduct, employee relations, governance, risk, or regulatory environments.
- Collaborative leadership skills to build relationships across HR, Legal, Risk, and Data teams.
