What you will do

• Manage and execute executive marketing programs and field activities across the JAPAC region, delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and repeatable event resources for regional field marketing teams.
• Coordinate audience engagement from initial communication through post-event follow-up.
• Plan senior executive and ELT visits, coordinating field teams, executive assistants, customers, and prospects.
• Manage program logistics and operations across a complex, multi-market calendar.
• Collaborate with sales, field marketing, corporate teams, and executive stakeholders to connect programs with pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant program or event management experience in a B2B technology environment.
• Experience managing senior executive and C-suite engagements across JAPAC markets.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with sales, go-to-market, and field marketing teams, including marketing attribution, pipeline reporting, and marketing operations.
• Ability to manage multiple programs across markets and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
