Senior Solution Support Engineer (Industrial Networking)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; responsible for technical support across the South East Asia region and travel across SEA as required.

What you will do

• Present and demonstrate industrial networking solutions to end users, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations, factory acceptance tests, network audits, and similar customer-facing activities.
• Provide expert remote and on-site post-sales technical support for the SEA region.
• Coordinate with regional support teams, R&D, and internal stakeholders to resolve support requests and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Plan and conduct technical training for customers and partners.
• Support webinars, industry trade shows, and technology-sharing events.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in telecommunications engineering, electronics, computer science, information technology, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience deploying, managing, or maintaining industrial or enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of wired and wireless IP networking, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cellular communication protocols, and the TCP/IP stack.
• Ability to work independently, analyze complex situations, make sound decisions, and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification in computer networking.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as MODBUS, PROFINET, and EtherNet/IP.
• Experience in industrial markets including power transmission and distribution, oil and gas, mining, transportation, or manufacturing.
