Technical Solution Specialist

Location: Singapore; hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week in an HPE office.

What you will do

• Diagnose complex enterprise customer incidents through deep log analysis and drive end-to-end resolution.
• Understand customer IT and business environments and align solutions with operational priorities.
• Lead incident analysis, management, root cause investigations, recovery planning, and recurrence prevention.
• Communicate technical findings and recovery plans while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
• Collaborate with engineers, field specialists, management, account teams, and third-party partners to resolve issues.
• Support proactive initiatives, continuous improvement, and long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience with one or more of the specified HPE product lines.
• Hands-on expertise with HPE storage arrays, including 3PAR, Primera, MSA, Brocade SAN, StoreOnce, Alletra, or Nimble.
• Strong knowledge of HPE enterprise compute, including ProLiant and Synergy server architectures.
• Exposure to virtualization and open technologies, including Broadcom vSphere, Linux, and Microsoft platforms.

• Proven collaboration skills and effective communication with internal and external customers.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in heterogeneous environments.
• Ability to lead and drive complex problems.
