What you will do
- Develop efficient CNC toolpaths using PTC Creo and other CAM software.
- Write and troubleshoot manual G-code and M-code programs using ISO language.
- Prepare, mount, and zero-in workpieces, including specialty materials such as plaster.
- Read engineering drawings and perform self-inspections with micrometers and dial indicators.
- Clean, lubricate, and oil CNC equipment as part of routine machine maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience with PTC Creo or equivalent high-end CAM software.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
- Strong manual measurement skills using micrometers and dial gauges.
- Deep understanding of CNC ISO programming and machine shop safety.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workspace.
