Senior Equity Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: United States; East Coast timezone only

Base compensation: $115,000–$146,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Administer the full lifecycle of RSUs, options, performance awards, and other equity grants.
• Deliver new-hire, promotion, retention, and annual refresh equity events in line with plan rules, approvals, controls, and timelines.
• Maintain award, participant, transaction, and share-reserve data across equity, HRIS, payroll, broker, and finance systems.
• Partner with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR Operations, and Mobility on withholding, settlements, cross-border moves, leaves, and terminations.
• Prepare reports and support equity expense, forecasting, reconciliations, board and filing data, audits, control testing, and public-company compliance.
• Support employees and managers, maintain equity education materials, monitor operational metrics, and contribute to vendor management, automation, system testing, corporate actions, and new-country launches.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in stock plan administration or equity operations, ideally in a publicly listed multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of RSUs, options, performance awards, vesting, exercises, settlements, payroll and tax interfaces, global mobility, and plan controls.
• Experience with public-company reporting, share-based compensation, audits, internal controls, and trading-window processes.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data skills, including equity platforms, HRIS, payroll interfaces, reconciliations, operational reports, and large datasets.
• Excellent judgment, organization, attention to detail, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility.
