Accounting Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States

Base salary: $115,000–$153,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and publish data governance policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for master data domains.
• Own the lifecycle of ERP-related finance master data and maintain the business glossary and data dictionary.
• Improve workflows for master data requests, approvals, maintenance, and issue escalation.
• Perform data profiling and quality assessments, report governance KPIs, and support root cause analysis.
• Facilitate governance and data stewardship councils with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of data analysis experience, including master data management, data governance, or finance data analysis at a publicly listed company.
• Experience developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures in a SOX-compliant environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, project management, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and ambiguity.
• Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility without export authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining the required U.S. authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or re-architecture involving NetSuite, S/4HANA, or Oracle.
• Experience integrating finance systems and using data querying tools.
• Familiarity with data catalog and metadata management platforms.
