Risk Operations Lead (Web3)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE, or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Conduct campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews, and user behavior analysis for risk operations.
• Combine internal and external data to provide actionable insights for operational decisions, strategy development, and model iteration.
• Monitor data, define risk indicators, optimize workflows, and establish a standardized risk operations framework.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other teams to execute campaigns and risk control strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or data operations, with exposure to business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to conduct independent data analysis.
• Strong business acumen, risk intuition, logical thinking, and data sensitivity, including the ability to identify risks in anomalous data and explain underlying causes.

Nice to have

• Experience with R or Python.
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin.
