Office Manager (Logistics)

Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany; on-site full-time

What you will do

• Plan and deliver employee experience initiatives, including engagement activities, internal events, wellness programs, communications, and workplace culture efforts.
• Manage day-to-day workplace operations and support employees, visitors, and clients at the Munich office.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, from sourcing and contracting through performance oversight.
• Coordinate workplace projects, office improvements, relocations, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with Finance on invoices, budgets, and workplace-related services.
• Support onboarding and improve internal communications and workplace services across the European team.

Requirements

• Experience in workplace experience, office operations, facilities, hospitality, employee experience, event coordination, HR support, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building skills with employees, leaders, vendors, and visitors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in the Munich office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, workplace operations, facilities management, or multinational teams.
• Additional language skills, particularly Italian or French.
