Workplace Coordinator (Gaming)

Location: Full-time, permanent, and in-office in Leeds, England. Occasional weekend and early/evening work outside core hours is required.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations and facilities services.
• Log, prioritize, delegate, and track workplace issues through to resolution.
• Oversee cleaning, waste, drinks, and other workplace service contracts.
• Conduct regular site checks and audits to maintain service quality and compliance.
• Maintain trackers, management systems, reports, and facilities documentation.
• Support procurement, purchase orders, administration, and ad-hoc building and facilities activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations or administration within a complex environment.
• Experience managing service contracts and working with overlapping IT, administration, or operations functions.
• Strong understanding of current safety legislation and standard processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Process-driven approach, accurate documentation, independent working ability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice to have

• IWFM or IFMA qualification.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
