Senior Specialist, Issue Management (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote for candidates residing in Dallas, Texas, United States; future hybrid presence at the associated hub office may be possible.

Salary: $67,813–$89,004 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Identify risks and investigate issues, errors, and escalations across provider operations.
• Design and implement technology-enabled processes and scalable operational solutions.
• Coordinate projects, milestones, service levels, and cross-functional action plans.
• Analyze and steward operational data to support compliant and performant business operations.
• Recommend improvements that strengthen financial discipline, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Represent the team across the organization and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in payer or provider operations, provider network management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• At least 1 year of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
• At least 1 year of experience developing and presenting information and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ACA marketplaces, provider networks, claims, healthcare quality, or provider data.
• Management consulting experience.
• Training or experience with Continuous Process Improvement or Lean Six Sigma.
• Project coordination or management experience in a matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting RFP development and implementing software or service solutions.
