Commercial Implementation Specialist - Treasury Management

Location: Williamsville, New York, United States of America; open to locations within the M&T footprint

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 hourly (USD)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end setup and fulfillment of Treasury Management service requests from sales representatives and clients.
• Research requests, coordinate with internal business partners, and ensure accurate service implementation.
• Prepare, distribute, validate, and collect legal agreements and client signatures.
• Monitor assigned work queues and orders, resolving stalled or inactive requests within service-level agreements.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate implementation, risk, and regulatory issues when appropriate.
• Maintain current knowledge of Treasury Management procedures, services, applications, and regulatory updates.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• At least 2 years of Treasury Management or merchant customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Ability to work with multiple system applications and bank systems.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, internal control, and audit standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
