Senior Client Service Representative (Fund Accounting)

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annual base salary plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal operational teams across fund accounting, administration, and custody services.
• Respond to client inquiries, filter and escalate issues, and participate in scheduled client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal departments and third-party providers to prioritize requests, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Review internal reporting for assigned client relationships and escalate issues affecting client service.
• Use internal technology solutions and introduce clients to new technology, automation tools, and products.
• Monitor client documentation, including tax records, accounting elections, KYC materials, account information, and authorized signers, and analyze related exposure.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with 2–3 years of industry experience.
• BS/BA degree, preferably in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of securities options, accounting standards, and ongoing regulatory changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment and learn new technologies.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
