What you will do
- Support the origination and execution of leveraged loan transactions by drafting pitch books and credit applications.
- Build advanced financial models and analyze financial, business, and market due diligence.
- Assist with credit approval and legal documentation processes.
- Manage operational processes to ensure smooth execution of new transactions.
- Collaborate with Sector Teams, Loan Distribution Group, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Markets, and Corporate Finance deal teams.
- Support loan syndication processes in close cooperation with the Loan Distribution Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or related financial services.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
