Finance Analyst IV (B4) – Global Workplace & Infrastructure

What you will do

• Lead forecasting and budgeting for OPEX, CAPEX, and headcount across facilities in Taiwan and Korea.
• Own NPV analysis for major capital projects and strategic investments.
• Develop one-year to five-year financial plans aligned with corporate strategy and regional growth.
• Drive savings initiatives through vendor negotiations, operational efficiencies, process improvements, and cost benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and global teams to maintain accurate reconciliations, accruals, actuals validation, and financial transparency.
• Develop AI tools and automation for financial analysis, reporting, benchmarking, and decision support, while sharing best practices with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Experience evaluating capital projects, developing strategic plans, and benchmarking costs.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, financial modeling, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse teams and geographies.
