Affiliate & Partner Marketing Manager CE & EE (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Drive affiliate and partner marketing growth across Central and Eastern European markets.
• Identify, recruit, and manage publishers, content creators, agencies, networks, and other high-performing partners.
• Develop data-led strategies to increase traffic, customer acquisition, revenue, return on investment, and profitability.
• Plan promotions, seasonal activations, product launches, partner incentives, creative requests, promo codes, sample send-outs, commissions, invoicing, and sales validation.
• Optimize commission models, partnership structures, and investment strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and partner retention.
• Monitor Awin and analytics data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights to regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, publisher models, attribution methodologies, and performance partnerships.
• Experience launching and managing affiliate programmes across multiple European markets, ideally Central and Eastern Europe.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, analytics tools, and performance reporting dashboards.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and/or German is required.

• Additional Central or Eastern European language skills.
• Experience in consumer brands or high-growth retail environments.
