Marketing Manager - Germany (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of localized marketing campaigns in Germany, from concept and design through execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Create content for email, push notifications, web, social media, and other digital channels while maintaining local brand consistency.
• Develop and optimize campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives and culturally relevant messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends, provide actionable insights, and report key metrics to the country manager.
• Support broader marketing initiatives and introduce creative solutions for the changing local market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, ideally with knowledge of the German market or experience in a crypto exchange environment.
• Experience managing campaigns and understanding local user behavior and market dynamics.
• Strong content creation skills across email, web, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German are required.
