Associate, Network Contracting & Services (Atlanta Region)

Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Georgia, United States; frequent local travel for client meetings and occasional travel for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $87,188–$114,434 per year, plus annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Implement regional healthcare provider contracting strategies aligned with network adequacy, development, and cost-management objectives.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with hospitals, health systems, and individual provider groups.
• Review provider contracts and analyze financial data, competitor strategies, and reimbursement opportunities.
• Support provider outreach, network growth, education, communication, and issue resolution.
• Monitor network compliance, define performance metrics and SLAs, and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with network directors, market leaders, provider services, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare client management, healthcare consulting, provider contracting, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting provider network strategy and negotiating provider contracts.
• 1+ year of experience performing financial analyses for markets or product lines and driving improvement opportunities cross-functionally.
• 1+ year of experience navigating and organizing large datasets, such as claims files and provider rosters.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
