Talent Acquisition & People Culture Intern (AI)

Location: Stuttgart and remote-first, with at least weekly presence in the Stuttgart office; occasional events, workshops, or meetings may take place in Berlin or Stuttgart. Remote work from the European Union is possible.

Salary: €2,108 gross per month; full-time, 35 hours per week. Duration: 5–6 months, ideally starting in March 2027.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end candidate management, interview coordination, screening calls, job publishing, and candidate communications.
• Build and maintain talent pools and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to refine sourcing strategies and research HR technology and AI tools.
• Support recruiting reports and KPI tracking to measure hiring effectiveness.
• Help design onboarding experiences and plan internal hirify.global events, Team & Culture Days, workshops, and meetings.
• Create workflows, automate manual HR tasks, maintain data quality, and develop HR reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Business Psychology, or a related field.
• Availability for a 5–6 month internship.
• Passion for creative ideas and innovative approaches to talent sourcing.
• Confident use of social networks and comfort with digital tools and AI.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy for creating a positive employee and candidate journey.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
• Very good command of German and English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or active sourcing.
