AI Automation Engineer (AI)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote, office-based, or hybrid work options

Salary: EUR 2,800–4,550 gross per month

What you will do

• Work on machine learning initiatives from problem definition through production.
• Build and iterate on ML models using Jira data, project metrics, and team performance data.
• Automate data collection and aggregation pipelines across business divisions.
• Develop lightweight backend services and integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Validate business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Run experiments, measure outcomes, and contribute to decisions on scaling or discontinuing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AI automation engineering, software engineering, or automation development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including OpenAI and Claude.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Strong integration skills with Python, MySQL, REST APIs, webhooks, API contracts, and authentication.
• English at Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira data structures and metrics.
