AI Automation Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Scope and prioritize automation opportunities in partnership with operations leaders and change partners.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent configurations to reduce manual effort and scale consistency.
• Deploy, test, and iterate on automations, defining success metrics and maintaining visibility via dashboards.
• Evaluate agent output quality in production, identify failure modes, and drive improvement cycles.
• Define and refine best practices for how AI tooling is built and deployed within the ops division.
• Stay ahead of the tooling landscape by bringing new frameworks and capabilities to the team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical or operations roles.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade workflow automations.
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to build for real-world workflows.
• Proficiency in working with data to define metrics and drive decisions.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech or SaaS operations.
• Direct experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent configuration.
• Hands-on familiarity with agent frameworks and workflow automation tooling.
